VGG Image Annotator

The VGG Image Annotator (VIA) is a user-friendly tool designed for manual annotation of images, audio, and video. The entire software is contained within a single HTML page, less than 400 kilobytes in size, making it highly portable and able to run offline in most modern browsers.
